Quentin Dumortier
Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Quentin is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Atlas Responsible Investors which he founded in March 2019.
Quentin draws on two decades of professional experience, including 10 years of public equity investing as a partner and portfolio manager in multi-billion-dollar London-based hedge funds.
Quentin trained at Bain & Company where he conducted strategic due diligence for private equity deals.
His experience managing teams and risk in high pressure environments predates his investing career: before embracing a career in finance, he served as a Captain in the French Army Special Forces, where he led commando teams for special operations across three continents.
Quentin graduated from the French Military Academy, Saint-Cyr, and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Marie de Muizon
Chief Impact Officer
Marie is leading Atlas ESG Research & engagement and is responsible for the impact of the firm. S
Before joining Atlas, Marie was Global Sustainability Director at Danone. Throughout her two-decade career in Paris, London, and Brussels, Marie led sustainability efforts at Danone. She developed innovative ESG global policies and monitored the extra-financial performance of the company. In this role, she worked along investor relations on ESG engagement with shareholders, and on Danone first social bond.
In 2019-2020, Marie built a coalition of 40 multinational companies Business for Inclusive Growth (B4IG), launched at the Biarritz G7 summit and co-led by Danone CEO and the OECD Secretary general.She also sits on B Lab Multinational Standards Advisory Council.
Marie graduated from ESSEC business school in France.
Alix Deconinck
General Secretary
Prior to joining Atlas, Alix was Head of Legal and Finance at Clermount, a UK-based advisory boutique specializing in capital raising and M&A transactions in the impact sector.
Previously, she was a corporate lawyer at Generali-Europ Assistance in France, before moving to London where she co-founded a recruitment agency where she was in charge of legal and administrative affairs as well as business development.
Alix is a graduate of Panthéon-Assas University and the University of Paris Sorbonne.
